1. Controller

The easycore.ai website is published by Easylab AI SARL, a company under Luxembourg law (RCS Luxembourg B276290, VAT LU34756015), 55 allée de la Poudrerie, L-1899 Roeser, Luxembourg. Contact: sales@easylab.ai.

2. Data collected

The site collects no personal data without your consent. There are only two processing activities: audience measurement (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), only if you accept it in the banner; and the information you send us through one of our two forms.

No advertising tracker, no data resale, no profiling.

3. Forms

The site offers two forms: the demo request (Contact page: name, company, work email address, optional message) and the architecture file request (Security and compliance page: name, company, optional job title, work email address). Both follow the same rules on purpose, recipient, service provider and retention, set out below.

Purpose: to answer your demo, contact or architecture file request. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you initiated.

Data: the fields listed above, and nothing else. No sensitive field.

Recipient: Easylab AI, publisher of the site. The data is neither sold nor transferred.

Processor: submissions are received by Netlify Forms, the forms service of Netlify, Inc. (United States), the site host, which stores them on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by Netlify's contractual safeguards.

Retention: for the duration of the exchange, then at most three years after the last contact, before deletion.

4. Cookies and local storage

Before you choose, the site sets no measurement cookie and contacts no third-party service. The banner asks for your consent for a single purpose, audience measurement, which covers both tools below.

If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) sets the _ga and _ga_948ESV962B cookies, for up to 400 days, to count visits and page views. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) sets the _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day) cookies and records visit sessions: clicks, scrolling and navigation across pages, to produce session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the site. What you type into form fields is never recorded: Clarity masks it whatever the setting.

If you refuse, or withdraw your consent with the "Cookies" link in the footer, these cookies are deleted and the tools are no longer loaded.

Technical cookies and storage, which do not require consent: your consent choice (local storage ec-consent-v1, about six months); your language preference (nf_lang cookie, one year, set only if you switch language); a form-submission flag (session storage, cleared when the confirmation page is shown).

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sales@easylab.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority).

6. Site hosting

The site is served by Netlify. Visit statistics are processed by Google and Microsoft under their contractual safeguards. Data from our clients' Easycore deployments is processed separately, under the commitments described in our governance documentation.
